Watch: President Donald Trump Fires Shots At Jay-Z And Drags Him During Presidential Address — Video

Is this really happening?

Donald Trump is still upset about Jay-Z’s statements at a 2016 rally in support of Hilary Clinton's presidential campaign.

Hilary had tapped Jay to perform in front of Democratic supporters, in the hopes he would pull in young Black voters (it was one of many star-studded sets arranged by the Clintons; others included a Jennifer Lopez show in Miami, one by Bon Jovi in Pennsylvania & Florida and Katy Perry hitting the stage in Pennsylvania).

The President addressed supporters in Tennessee yesterday, talking about purported domestic threats posed by MS-13 and the state of Mexico. Lots of wall talk, obviously.

Trump also boasted about the digits he pulls for his speaking engagements, as attendees nodded in approval. He claimed that Hilary could only get groups this large with a name like Jay-Z on the bill.

He then made a direct comparison between his crowd appeal and a Jay-Z concert, claiming he caught numbers without grumbling or using "filthy" language.

“He’d stand up before those crowds and he’d use the f-word, and Hillary would sit back ‘I’m in trouble, I’m in trouble, oh please don’t have him use that kind of language anymore.’ And then he’d finish and everyone would leave, and she’d be standing up making a speech to 400 people," Trump said.

So, why is this all cropping up now? No clue. But it may be tied to the fact that Jay-Z seems to have done everything he could to dissuade Meek Mill from attending Trump’s Prison Reform Summit recently, even though the Philly rapper had been packed and ready to go.

Earlier this year, Jay delighted us immensely by dubbing Trump a "superbug", after touching on Donald’s infamous “[expletive]hole countries” comment.

"Everyone feels anger, but after the anger it's really hurtful because he's looking down on a whole population of people and he's so misinformed because these places have beautiful people," he told CNN’s Van Jones.

“What you've done was spray perfume on a trash can," Jay shared. "You don't take the trash out. You keep spraying whatever over it to make it acceptable and then, you know, as those things grow, then you create a superbug. And then now we have Donald Trump, the superbug”.

"Somewhere along his lineage something happened to him ... and he's in pain and he's expressing it in this sort of way."

Of course, this was met with a tweet from 45.

Yikes all around.

Okay, so come spill your thoughts.
