'The Real' Has Reportedly Found A Permanent Replacement For Tamar Braxton

The Real sometimes seems to have enough behind-the-scenes drama to fill a…talk show’s gossip quota. The irony.

Since Tamar Braxton was given the boot last year (sources dished that she wasn’t reading too well with the audience, sales people didn’t find her to be a good fit with the advertisers and she may have been quite a handful for production to deal with, but we digress…), there has been plenty of speculation about who would take her place.

Many guest host have since come and gone. But now, Ray J. is supposedly claiming that he is going to be the one to finally fill the fifth chair. Huh?

He posted this announcement on Instagram, writing, “Looks like a got a new job!!! Stay tuned!! #TheRealwithRayJ #telepictures #DaytimeTV”. This was accompanied by a shot of him posing with the ladies.

Supposedly he has been hinting at this development. Hm.

Interesting.

Congratulations to #LHHH's #RayJ & #PrincessLove ❤ The couple are expecting their first child together!

The man does love the cameras. So…sure?

Ray J actually recently revealed that he and his wife, Princess Love, are expecting their first baby together, during his recent appearance on the show.

That was a smart move. It caught tons of ink and outlets had to mention that it was brought on The Real, so that’s a win for everyone, we guess.

And despite what Moniece Slaughter says, there is no Brandy-being-a-surrogate going on.

Princess snapped a photo of her growing baby bump not long ago, captioning this, “It’s such a blessing from God to be able to carry our child. We kept this to ourselves until after the first trimester because it’s bad luck to announce too early. But we’re so proud to share this journey with you guys. Thank you for all of the love and prayers ❤️”.

She actually previously explained why she is so willing to talk about her struggles with conceiving a child, saying, "I've always been an open book when it comes to showcasing my life and struggles on camera. I think that it's important to be authentic and real because there are so many people out there who can relate to your situation."

Well, let’s stick around and see if this one is true, shall we?

Happy Thanksgiving! Thankful for my husband, our family, friends and grateful for all of the blessings today and everyday ❤️
