Leslie Jones Exposed Kevin Hart & Katt Williams After Getting Dragged Into Their Drama — Receipts Inside

Is Kevin Hart a lair & really against female empowerment? Well, Leslie Jones thinks that he fails to support female comedians.

Complex reports that she was responding to Kevin’s allegation that Katt Williams boosted her up the industry ladder in an interview with The Breakfast Club. Hart claimed that Leslie was under Katt’s “umbrella” alongside other funny women, like Melanie Comarcho and Luenell Campbell.

“So when you say Tiffany Haddish doesn’t deserve, or isn’t really a comedian, and these other women have worked hard, which they have,” he said. “Shoutouts to Melanie Comarcho, shoutouts to Luenell, shoutouts to Leslie Jones, who are all underneath the umbrella of Katt Williams. Katt Williams, have you ever used your platform to f[expletive]g bring the people that were under you up? You haven’t!”

But in a statement published by Bossip, the SNL star insisted that Katt did not “put her on.” And there is more!

“Kevin could have put me on a long time ago but he never respected me or my comedy and trust I can call his card he know I can,” she began, before saying that Kevin never put women on his comedy tours, so he can’t claim to have been supportive of women in the industry.

She then shared that Katt displayed a [expletive] attitude to the women, though she relents that, at least, he has had women open for his on his tours.

“Women have never had it good,” she added. “At least Katt put women on his tour or shows”

Leslie then revealed that it was actually Chris Rock and Neal Brennan who gave her a chance at the spotlight, but she made it clear that she had to work really, really hard, even with that push.

She concluded by telling both Kevin and Katt to stick to doing what they do best…telling jokes.

See Leslie’s statement in full below:

Kevin’s The Breakfast Club quips were triggered by a previous Katt interview on an Atlanta radio station in which he dismissed Tiffany’s success, declaring that she was only popular because she has expressed a desire to sleep with white actors, like Brad Pitt.

“[Tiffany has] been doing comedy since she was 16. You can’t tell me your favorite Tiffany Haddish joke. Why? Because she ain’t done a tour yet. She ain’t done a special. She has not proven the ability to tell jokes, back to back for an hour,” Katt stated in the controversial interview.

#KattWilliams is known for speaking his mind #Roommates! The comedian paid a visit to V-103, and let’s just say Katt had a lot to say about our girl #TiffanyHaddish, who he says has "not proven her ability to tell jokes" because she's yet to do a stand-up comedy tour or a special.

Um, she filmed a special for Showtime called She Ready! From The Hood To Hollywood in 2017 and she also won an Emmy this year for hosting Saturday Night Live.

Tiffany responded to this beautifully, of course, tweeting, “It’s official I made it!@KattPackAllDay talked about me and didn’t have his facts right! #Iwin #sheready […] I look forward to seeing you on Monday Katt, when we pick up our Emmys. I just want to shower you with REAL Love cause you need it, and I Love you [kissing face emoji]”.

So, what do you think about all this? Does Leslie have a point?
