Kenya Moore Posts A Message After Deleting Baby Bump Photo & Disabling IG Comments Amidst "Fake Pregnancy" Accusations — Receipts Inside

Is Kenya Moore faking her pregnancy?

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kenya Moore shared the first picture of her baby bump with fans last week on Instagram, which was met with accusations she is faking her pregnancy. Kenya soon deleted the photo and disable comments, before sharing a pregnancy-related post.

Last month, the 47-year-old reality star announced she was expecting her first child with husband Marc Daly.

Moore even appeared to give fans a peek at her small baby bump in a photo posted to social media last week.

Kenya shared a photo of herself and her husband from their date night at Top Golf. However, it wasn't long until her followers began questioning her about "faking" her pregnancy.

Some fans questioned the size of her baby bump, while others suggested she was pretending to be pregnant and using a surrogate.

Kenya finally deleted the picture and replaced it with an encouraging message about faith.

Moore also shared a post that read, "God never gives you a dream that matches your budget. He's no checking your bank account."

She wrote in the caption, "Keep dreaming God has your back. #god #love #peace."

One fan wrote, "You took ur belly photo down 😢 don’t let them haters get to you. Just shut off the comments."

Moore apparently took the follower's advice and disabled her comments after the post. She obviously grew sick of being trolled over the rumors.

Another fan commented on her post, with one writing, "Yesss thank you my sister!! All the best to you and your growing family! Keep moving and shining! Let the haters hate."

‘God wants to know what you can handle. @thekenyamoore Be thankful for the small things the bigger things will come,’ another commenter said.

Moore also shared a pregnancy-related post to let her Instagram followers know that she is already a protective mother.

Moore shared a post that read, "A baby asked God, "They tell me you are sending me to earth tomorrow, but how am I going to live there being so small and helpless?" God said, "Your angel will be waiting for you and will take care of you." The baby asked, "Who will protect me?" God said, "Your angel will defend you even if it means risking her life." The baby said, "God, please tell me my angel's name." God said, "You will simply call her Mommy."

Moore recently opened up about her IVF treatments and the possibility she would not conceive after the painful shots.

The reality star shared that she had lucked out. "I don’t have a horror story."

Kenya shared, "It’s weird because you hear other people’s troubles with the injections and the hormones. And for me, it was a pretty simple process."

Moore, who is reportedly due later this year, also stated that she will be thrilled with either a boy or a girl. The reality star is just excited to be pregnant and hopes for a healthy baby.

Season 11 of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" returns this November on Bravo.
