Newly Released Court Documents Show Jennifer Hudson & David Otunga's Ugly Split Turning Ugly Again!

Jennifer Hudson and David Otunga appeared to have worked things out in their messy split, but it appears they are still butting heads. Hudson filed an emergency motion to stop Otunga from trash-talking her.

The 36-year-old singer wants her former fiance to stop bad mouthing her and spreading false rumors to the media.

The couple have been involved in a nasty custody dispute over their 8-year-old son, David Jr.

Jennifer has claimed the former wrestler has been leaking false information to the press in an attempt to damage her public persona and career.

David is hitting back by accusing Jennifer of making public jabs at him, according to legal documents filed in their custody case.

Hudson is also upset that her former fiancé or his legal team was telling media outlets that he was awarded primary custody of their son. The singer claims that simply isn't true.

Hudson voluntarily dropped an order of protection against the wrestler last month, but claims that was only because he agreed to stay away from her residence.

Jennifer is claiming that David signed a confidentiality agreement in August, but is now denying the authenticity of the signature on the agreement.

Jennifer believes David is trying to make her look bad by putting out negative things about her to the press. "The Voice" coach claims his statements are harming her career and their child.

Hudson points out the fact that they would have financial problems without her income. She refers to Otunga's career goals as "voluntary underemployment".

Jennifer is asking a judge to ban David and his legal team from speaking out about her or their split. The singer is also asking the court to order her ex-boyfriend to issue a press release admitting he never won primary custody of their son.

David is claiming the former "American Idol" star is bashing him on "The Voice", as well as social media.

He believes she was talking about their relationship when she spoke to contestant Davon Fleming about his relationships never working out. Jennifer replied, "Child, mine neither."

David also accuses her of using her Instagram account to bash him. She posted a video earlier this month about a person being filled with jealousy and hate.

Sunday morning message ! Goodmorning !!

In the video, Jennifer states, "Hate will get you nowhere and Jealousy will send you to hell. In my mind I am so confused how you have done oh so well with your hating. Although I seem so shallow, I can tell you whats on your mind. You said you're here to stand me up, why you kicking me from behind."

Jennifer and David became engaged in 2008, after a little less than a year of dating.

The couple announced their split after nearly a decade on November 16. Jennifer's rep said in a statement, "Today, Jennifer requested and received a protective order against her ex-fiancé. Jennifer’s actions are solely taken in the best interest of their son."

The nasty custody battle between Jennifer and David have included allegations of physical abuse, infidelity, and even threats with a gun.

A judge has yet to rule on the former couple's latest legal filings.
