Watch: Man Gets Beaten Up By Girlfriend And The Mother Of A 9-Year-Old He Was Caught On Tape Molesting

A Florida man is facing felony charges after his girlfriend discovered a video of him sexually abusing a young girl on his tablet. It turns out the girl was her friend's daughter and they confronted him at McDonald's, where he is employed.

George Avery, 54, is facing sexual battery, child abuse and child pornography charges.

Police officers arrived at the Florida McDonald's to find two women arguing with Avery and fighting over his tablet.

Officers separated them and discovered that one woman was Avery's girlfriend and the other was the mother of a girl that had been sexually abused by the man.

Avery’s girlfriend told police she was playing games on his tablet at home when she came across a video filmed in her bedroom showing Avery performing sexual acts.

She told officers she showed her friend the video as she was attempting to identify the female, when the friend recognized the person in the video was her 9-year-old daughter.

"I'm the one that found it and I didn't look at it good. I thought it was some other woman," Avery's girlfriend stated.

Police said investigators, along with the Department of Children and Families, found o ut that sexual contact allegedly occurred between Avery and the child three or four times.

In the video, which Avery is believed to have recorded over the Thanksgiving holiday, investigators said he smiled at the camera.

Avery's girlfriend, who wishes to remain anonymous, stated, "I'm shocked because I don't know what to do and I don't know what to say."

Police said Avery gave them consent to search the tablet. Investigators also interviewed the 9-year-old girl, who told them Avery touched her three times.

Avery is expected to face charges including sexual battery by an adult on a victim under 12, cruelty towards a child and possession of obscene material with child sex performance.

The tablet containing the video was held for forensic processing by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Investigators expect additional charges to be presented after all digital evidence is recovered from the tablet.

Chief Argatha Gilmore stated, "It saddens me that this child had to undergo such heinous abuse. At this point, the child is safely back with her mother. We will work hand-in-hand with DCF to uncover the extent of this abuse."

Avery remained in custody Wednesday, held on $1 million bond.
