Report: Two Men Put On Dresses & Wigs Sexually Assault A 14-Year-Old Boy At Gunpoint

A man has been arrested after he allegedly dressed as a woman in an attempt to seduce a 14-year-old boy. The man, who was wearing a dress and wig, sexually assaulted the teen when he tried to run away.

Javoris Quentin Phillips, 36, has been charged with kidnapping and lewd and lascivious battery of a victim younger than 15. The other man that accompanied Phillips remains at large.

The sexual attack took place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The 14-year-old boy told police that two men propositioned him as he walked to a friend's home at around 7 am on August 6, 2017. The men were wearing women's clothing, wigs, and make-up.

The unidentified teen immediately realized the pair were men after hearing them speak. He tried to run away, but the two men chased him down.

The men hit the boy on the head before binding his wrists together and draggin him behind an abandoned house.

The men allegedly threatened to kill the teenager if he screamed for help. One of the men held a gun to the teen's head and told him to 'shut up'.

The boy told police that one of the men, later identified to be Phillips, performed oral sex on him while the other man watched.

The teen screamed for help and tried to fight them off, even after their warning. The men fled the scene in a gray car that the boy said he had seen around before.

The boy told police that the man who sexually assaulted him was wearing a long curly wig, a bra, and a black shirt. There were bumps on his face from shaving.

The teen stated the other man armed with a knife was also wearing a curly wig. The man had a mustache and beard scruff.

A person called the teen's uncle with a tip while police were still at the crime scene. He told investigators to look at a Facebook page under the name Aceianna Phillips.

The tipster had allegedly been propositioned by Phillips in the past and the boy's story sounded was all too familiar.

The police report read, "He stated that it is the male's M.O. to proposition young boys in the manner of that of the victim child."

Police discovered Aceianna's real name is Javoris Phillips, who owned a gray 2013 Hyundai that matched the boy's description.

A rape test kit also came back positive for DNA belonging to Nathan Phillips, one of Phillips' known aliases.

Phillips, who has also gone by Frederic, Cedrick, Hannah, and Aceiyana, was arrested on Wednesday and is being held without bond.

He has previously been convicted for prostitution, battery on a law enforcement officer, weapons charges, loitering and prowling, and car jacking.
