Report: 30-Year-Old Man Arrested After Being Caught In Sex Act With Friend's 6-Year-Old Daughter

When a father went to check in on his 6-year-old daughter, he found an acquaintance in her bed, performing a sex act on her.

How horrible!

The dad had a few people over for a house party on Saturday night and the little girl had fallen asleep on the couch, Sheriff Terry Deese stated.

“He put her in bed and tucked her in, cleaned up … goes back to check and finds a man in bed with her, performing a sex act on her,” he said.

The father recognized the 30-year-old as “Taz”, a man who had been there earlier in the evening.

“The witnesses said they saw him leave, so he would have had to come back in without authorization to commit that crime,” Deese continued.

When the father confronted him, Taz allegedly pulled out a gun and shot a hole through the roof.

The father grabbed his little girl and ran to a nearby store to call 911, Deese said.

“More witnesses in the house gave a clothing description and deputies went ahead and got an arrest warrant”.

Marcus Dynell Tasby Sr. was arrested on Sunday evening.

He is charged with aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, burglary and two counts of aggravated assault for firing the gun.

He is married to Felicia Tasby. According to her Facebook profiles, Felicia is an artist and works at the United States Army. Felicia also appears to have young children with Marcus. And at least one child is a girl.

So sad. Sending love and positive thoughts to the victim.

In other upsetting news, a 25-year-old man named Jayrico Jayrice Hamilton was arrested on Tuesday; he allegedly molested children during “nap time” while working as a preschool teacher.

He had been fired back in May and the day care center where he was previously employed is on probation, per settlement terms reached with The Department of Children and Families in October.

"This is the worst thing that has ever happened to us," the father of one of the alleged victims explained. "Our son was healthy and happy before coming here, and now he’s a diminished child."

The lawyer for the child's parents, Jeff Herman, says that Hamilton was on an abuse registry in Virginia and should not have been hired by Bright Horizons.

Herman said, "This is the case that never should have happened. Jayrico Hamilton should never have been near their little boy."

Hamilton, who is now an insurance representative, was arrested at his workplace in Winter Park. He is being held in the Orange County Jail without bail; he faces charges of capital sexual battery, child abuse and lewd conduct and molestation.
