The Internet Is At War Over Cardi B Supporting Her Younger Sister's LGBTQ Pride Month Message

Cardi B's sister, Hennessy Carolina, shared a message in celebration of LGBT Pride month, revealing she considers herself bisexual. The "Bodak Yellow" rapper showed her support for Hennessy, which led to clapbacks from some fans.

Hennessy has been seeing Mel since May 2017, but first went public by posting a photo together in August 2017.

Cardi B's little sister recently celebrated pride month by posting a photo of herself sharing a kiss with her girlfriend in front of the Eiffel tower in Paris.

The 22-year-old penned a lengthy message in the caption, which rubbed some Instagram followers the wrong way.

Hennessey wrote, "If you can’t accept the B In LGBTQ.. (L)lesbian (G)ay (B)BISEXUAL (T)ransexual (Q)ueer, then please don’t speak up for the community if you can’t fully understand ALL of us!"

In the caption of the photo, she wrote, "A bisexual girl expressing that she sometimes likes to kiss and hook up with girls especially when she gets a little loose when she drinks wine, Sounds human and normal to me! I don’t have a problem with that!!"

She continued, "Whether you want to go out, have some drinks and hook up with the same gender for one night or whether you decide to be in a relationship with him/her, it should be no one’s concern or business or even PLACE to tell you how to complete your desire unless you’re a pedophile! You can STILL consider yourself LGBTQ if you to choose too!"

Hennessy concluded, "[Being] Bi means you’re attracted to both genders. No matter what’s the status of the relationship or what you chose to do with that person … If a women like to be in a relationship with a man but like to enjoy her sexual desire with a woman from time to time she still considers herself to be a BI! same goes for men….. and please still in your confused stage, please don’t talk for the whole community until you can’t fully comprehend ALL of us! We don’t like to be the judge or to be labeled! We just want be excepted for who we are… Love is love! That being said HAPPY GAY PRIDE MONTH FROM ME AND MY WIFE."

Fresh face 😬😬😬 .... she would kill me if I showed her face with her glasses 🤣

Cardi B showed support for her sister by posting four rainbow flags and the writing, "Yaaaasss HENNESSY said it louder for the people in the back!"

One follower responded to Cardi's post, writing, "Bisexual doesn‘t mean hooking up with girls when you‘re drunk while you have a boyfriend."

Cardi clapped back by writing, "And who the [expletive] said that [expletive]? She wasn’t saying cheating dumb [expletive], she saying some woman don’t like being in a committed relationship with a woman but still like them.  Some females like to be in a relationship with a man but like being sexual with women."

Others weighted in as some supported Cardi's endorsement... other's not so much:

The latest drama follows Cardi B's collaboration with Rita Ora for her song, "Girls", which addresses lover preferences.

Cardi later apologized stating they meant no harm or bad intentions with the song, adding that she has had experiences with lots of women.

Lol sorry I haven't been posting #cardib #regulardegularshmegular #offsetcardib #cardibpregnant

The rapper admitted she had previously used offensive slurs for lesbians, apologizing for being offensive and not using the correct terms.
