Cardi B Talks Offset's Reaction To Pregnancy, Criticism For Being 'Baby Mom' #4 & How The Internet Ruined The Reveal

Why can’t everyone just be happy for our girl Cardi?

Cardi B has been criticized for taking her rapper fiancé, Offset, back after his cheating and for being his fourth baby mama. However, the "Bodak Yellow" rapper makes it clear she isn't listening to the haters.

Cardi opened up to Rolling Stone magazine about the situation in the cover story with the Migos rapper.

"People want to make fun of me, saying I’m the fourth baby mom, [but] I know I’m not having a baby with a [expletive] ass man."

The 25-year-old rapper is due to give birth to her first child in July, a baby girl.

The Migos rapper is already the father of three children from previous relationships.

Offset has an eight-year-old son named Jordan with Justine Watson who filed a lawsuit against him in 2017 for child support.

The rapper also has three-year-old son, Kody, with his ex-girlfriend, Oriel Jamie.

Offset also has a daughter, Kalea Marie with rapper Shya L’Amour.

Cardi also opened up to the magazine about planning her upcoming baby shower. "I’ve got to buy mad flights for my friends from New York. I haven’t event sent the invitations. I forget everything," she said.

The former "Love & Hip Hop: New York" star also revealed she was her baby shower to be "lit."

She explained, "My baby shower’s not starting at no 5 o’clock. My [expletive] is going to start at 9 p.m. because that’s how I celebrate, that’s how Caribbean people celebrate. I don’t like baby showers that be at 5 p.m. in the backyard, eating, cooking or d’oeuvres. Nah."

She then joked, "[Expletive], I might even drink some red wine. Red wine’s healthy, right?"

Cardi and Offset had their first date at the Super Bowl in February 2017. He went on to propose to Cardi on stage during a concert in Philadelphia that October.

In April, Cardi announced she was pregnant during her performance on "Saturday Night Live."

Cardi admitted in her Rolling Stone interview that the pregnancy wasn’t planned.

She recalled telling Offset during a Facetime call that her home pregnancy test came back positive. "He was like, ‘What? Are you sure? I said, ‘Yeah.’ And then he just started smiling really hard."

Cardi also revealed that she will take her daughter on tour when she opens for Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic world tour beginning in September. "What I envision is my tour bus has my own personal room, and I just want to be with my baby," she said.

She said, "Only time I don’t have my baby with me is when I’m getting my hair done, makeup done, performing. I don’t want to miss one second. I don’t want to miss no smiles, I don’t want to miss no new movement, I don’t want the baby to confuse me and the babysitter."

Cardi stated she wants to be best friends with her daughter and won't be as strict as her mother was growing up.

She plans to teacher her Spanish, English, and French. Cardi also revealed she wants her to take boxing lessons to be able to stand up for herself.

"I don't want my kid to get picked on and she don't know how to defend herself," says Cardi. "I have a little brother and I always put in his head, since he was two years old, ‘Somebody hit you, you kick, you kick, you kick.'"
