Cardi B Opens Up A Her Big Struggle With Motherhood Thus Far That Will Bring Fans To Tears

Being a mother can be extremely tough and trying.

Caring for a baby can be very next level difficult for a lot of women and it be really complicated after giving birth.

So we always appreciate when celebrities speak up about this rather than glossing over it for the sake of their brand.

The latest star to highlight this matter is none other than new parent Cardi B, who gave birth to her daughter, Kulture Kiari Cephus, with husband Offset a few weeks ago.

Cardi B is talking about postpartum depression; she admitted she had an emotional day on Monday with her newborn.

The hitmaker told fans, "This postpartum [ish] is annoying. Like I been emotional all [freaking] day for no reason (sic)."

She has previously admitted that the lack of sleep has impacted her mood and looks.

"I wish I could show you my face but a [expletive] look [expletive] up in the game! Like, my hair's [expletive] up. My eyes are so dark and puffy. Like, I'm wild pale like a [expletive] looking like she got jaundice. But I just really want to say thank you to everybody ... I'm just been so busy and so tired and in like a different world, a different dimension - I like it like that. It's doing so good...," she shared.

"Let me get back to this mommy thing. Let me tell y'all something. No matter how many books y'all read, advice y'all get, y'all will never be ready for mommy mode."

1 week after birth ❤️🎀

However, Cardi has still managed to get herself back in the studio to make some music, tweeting, "Today I'm going to finally step out and hit the studio .Cook up some new music for yaaa. I love ya. 16 weeks on the top ten thanks to Bardigang!' (sic)".

Have a baby by me baby, be a millionaire ... 5:32am my baby a super night owl 😩😩😩😩😓😓

She has already stepped online to defend her decision to sit out of the highly anticipated Bruno Mars' tour, explaining, “You literally have to have a baby to understand you wouldn’t understand it even if the baby inside of you [...] I went to the dentist today and I wanted to cry cause I was missing my daughter.”

I hope you guys understand .This have been such a hard decision .I want to thank @brunomars for understanding .

Aw. Hope she is getting all the love and support she needs!

I love my parents and my sister 💗It makes me emotional to know how much they love me!Nothing in this world to repay all the love and help and support they give me🌺🌺🌺💐💐💖💖

Here are some to help with the postpartum depression: Get plenty of rest; have a trusting friend or relative help you with the baby; and be open to seeking help from a licensed mental health provider who can help you in the healing process.
